PALLU KACCI (Makassar)

Untuk 4 porsi

Bahan-bahan:
2 potong Kepala Ikan Salmon
100 gram Bawang merah
50 gram Kemiri
200 gram Belimbing wuluh
2 potong Cabe merah besar
150 mililiter Santan kelapa
2 gram Kunyit bubuk
2 gram Garam
1/2 gram Lada
1 1/2 liter Air masak
Siapkan Piring

Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan bawang merah beserta kemiri, kemudian tumis hingga harum, tambahkan air,
2. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan kunyit bubuk, santan, garam, dan lada, 3. Tempatkan kepala ikan diatas pirex, siramkan dengan kuah, masukkan belimbing dan irisan cabe,
4. Masukkan kedalam oven selama 15 hingga 20 menit (tergantung dengan besarnya ikan salmon) dengan suhu 150ºC,
5. Setelah matang, angkat dan hidangkan hangat.
