Resep Masakan Khas Dengan Berbagai Kategori Bahan Pangan.

Nasi Goreng Si Hitam


Bahan :

300 gr cumi2 ukuran kecil/sedang

200 gr udang jerbung, bersihkan, sisakan ekornya, belah punggungnya (di resep asli gak pake, cuma berhubung suka udang kutambahkan saja. hehehe)

3 sdm minyak goreng

6 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya saja, iris halus

8 lembar daun jeruk purut, buang tulang daunnya, iris halus

2 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya, iris tipis halus

2 batang daun bawang, iris 1 cm

600 gr nasi putih dingin


Haluskan :

12 butir bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih

1/2 sdt merica

1 1/2 sdt garam

gula pasir sedikit untuk penyedap


Cara Membuat :

Lepaskan kepala cumi2 dari badannya. Buang tulang yang keras, kemudian tampung tinta hitam yang keluar, sisihkan.

Cuci kepala dan badan cumi-cumi sampai bersih, kemudian ungkep sampai kaku (5 menit), angkat, dinginkan. Potong2 melintang 1 cm.

Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan, tumis bumbu halus. Masukkan serai, daun jeruk, dan cabai. Aduk rata sampai harum. Masukkan cumi2 berikut tintanya dan juga udang. Aduk rata. Tabahkan daun bawang, aduk.

Masukkan nasi putih, aduk terus sampai nasi berasap dan warnanya rata. Angkat. Pindahkan nasi ke atas piring saji. Hidangkan selagi panas.


Untuk 4 porsi.
