KRENGSENGAN


Bahan:

  • 500 grm daging has dalam atau kambing
  • 3 sdm kecap manis
  • 3 sdm petis udang
  • 2 buah cabe merah, buang bijinya iris serong tipis
  • minyak untuk menumis
  • air secukupnya

Bumbu halus:

  • 6 siung bawang putih
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 6 cabe rawit
  • 1 buah tomat
  • 10 butir merica bulat (kalau tidak suka pedas boleh dikurangi)

Cara membuat:

  1. Potong daging ukuran 1,5 x 2 x 5 cm.
  2. Lumuri daging dengan petis dan kecap manis, diamkan selama 15 – 30 menit sampai bumbu meresap.
  3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus ssebentar lalu masukkan daging yang sudah dibumbui. Aduk-aduk sampai daging matang, bila daging masih keras, dapat ditambahkan air. Masak sampai air meresap, matikan api, tambahkan cabe merah iris.
