Resep Masakan Khas Dengan Berbagai Kategori Bahan Pangan.

Entok Rica (Klaten)

Bahan:
1 ekor entok dipotong 8 bagian
1 sendok makan air jeruk nipis
400 ml air
2 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1 sendok teh garam

Bumbu halus:
5 buah cabai merah
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
1 buah tomat

Cara membuat:
Panaskan minyak lalu masukkan gula pasir. Aduk hingga larut.
Masukkan bumbu halus, garam, entok, dan air jeruk nipis.
Setelah entok berubah warna, tuangkan air.
Masak hingga entok lunak. Bila perlu, boleh ditambahkan air.
Panggang entok sebentar lalu sajikan dengan nasi hangat.

enakan mana sama daging bebek, masakan rica bukannya berasal dari daerah maluku/ambon. tapi no problem yang penting rasa masakannya tidak perduli dari daerah mana, toh sama saja tetap INDONESIA. Tank ya.

I ain’t saying your content is not solid, but suppose you added a title to maybe grab people’s attention?
I mean Entok Rica (Klaten) | :: Resep Masakan Khas :: is kinda plain.

You should glance at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create news titles to get people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to get readers excited about what you’ve got to say.
Just my opinion, it could bring your website a little livelier.
